Brief Description:
The process of how to make bread dough can be a bit challenging. In this bread baking evening you will learn the basic steps of how to make bread dough. This general process is used for all yeast breads with slight variations for each type.
There are 8 basic steps that the production of all yeast-based bread doughs follows.
An informal evening will help you feel at ease, where recipes and ingredients are provided and you will learn the art and fundamentals of baking bread with yeast which includes kneading, rising, and baking.
On the evening we will make:
No knead Bread
Pizza
Easy Bread Loaf ( please bring a bread tin)

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the evening course you will have the opportunity to:
Explore and make a range of breads
Be able to understand and follow a recipe.
Gain confidence to experiment further on your own using skills learnt in the lesson
Improve your basic methods of preparation of baking
Develop a better understanding of food hygiene in the kitchen.

For the first session you will need to bring:
Apron, tea towel, dish cloth – unfortunately you will be unable to borrow these items
