In this course you will learn how to cook Indian Street food style dishes and the accompaniments. A light interactive day where we aim to produce good food and be able to replicate the same in the future.
The day will begins with a quick talk about the lesson plan you will also be introduced to Indian spices, followed by demonstrations, and a few handy tips added in.
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
By the end of this course the participants will be able to:
• Be able to cook & serve a meal for family/ friends.
• To learn and improve practical skills.
• Improve skills in presentation of dishes.
• To help build confidence and enjoyment in cooking
For the session you will need to bring:
Ingredients fee is already included in the price of the course. Please bring with you an apron, tea towel, dishcloth along with some containers to take your cooked foods home in.
