Brief Description:
Noodles… Don’t we all love Noodles?! How about a whole day of learning some tasty recipes inspired from Malaysian cuisine. You will be using various ingredients and different techniques to create some wonderful dishes.
All ingredients will be supplied for the course; please bring an apron, tea towel and dish cloth and get ready to learn some new recipes. The tutor will demonstrate and explain the dishes. You will then cook them from scratch and take home your delicious meals (or eat them if you can’t wait!)
You will cook curry laksa, Chinese noodles in chilli oil sauce and fried flat rice noodles.

- By the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to:
learn 3 recipes - hand make Chinese noodles

For the first session you will need to bring:
Tea towel, apron and dish cloth, a few containers with secured lids.
