On this hands-on vegetarian Indian cookery class the tutor will give guidance to be taught one simple and basic yet very healthy brunch recipe as well as a sweet dish.
Detailed knowledge of ingredients used will be provided.
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
No previous experience or knowledge is required.
By the end of the session:
Learners will be confident enough to carry out the recipes at home and to experiment with spices.

For the first session you will need to bring:
A couple of containers to take any uneaten food home!
A dish cloth, Tea towel and apron.
