Join us for a delightful 5-hour Masterclass in Cookies and Scone Making, designed for baking enthusiasts of all levels. Held in our teaching cookery room, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the essential techniques of creating perfect cookies and scones. Learn from our experienced chef and transform simple ingredients into delicious baked goods that will impress family and friends.

This masterclass is perfect for home bakers, aspiring pastry chefs, and anyone who loves the art of baking. No prior baking experience is required – just a passion for delicious baked goods!

Outcomes for the Day:

By the end of this masterclass, participants will:
  • Understand how to properly work with butter to achieve the perfect texture.
  • Master the art of bringing dough together for both cookies and scones.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the stages of cookie production, including:
    • Creaming the butter and sugar to the right consistency.
