Psychology is the study of the mind and human behaviour. This course explores the richness of human functions and uncovers the secrets behind the brain, revealing its complexities and answering questions about how and why we behave, how do perceive, and how our thoughts influence behaviours? How do we eat, drink, sleep and exercise our way to a better brain and life? How the emerging science of neuropsychology can help us to better navigate our complex daily lives and make decisions that will enable productivity at work, forge better relationships with family and friends and make decisions in favour of true growth, and happiness.
