Pilates Improvers incorporate exercises to help improve posture, mobility, muscular strength and breathing technique. Each session will aim to build and develop on from the previous session. This workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness.
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
20-30 hours tuition
