This day will focus on the meditative elements of the Chinese ‘Internal’ arts (T’ai Chi Chuan & Chi Kung) using both exercises drawn from T’ai Chi and sitting meditation techniques; sitting meditation can be practised either on a cushion or a chair. You will learn simple examples of both to help you explore how mind and body can benefit from this practise.
