Brief Description
A lovely summer wreath for the table or door. All made without floral foam. All materials are included in the course fee.
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
No prior knowledge required. Please notify the college of any plant allergies before attending.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to:
- Apply techniques to create a summer wreath without the use of floral foam
- Know how to care for your completed floral work to maximise its life
- Learn how to safely and securely include wired and glued accessories
Extra costs on the course for example text book, materials or equipment:
All materials required are included in the course fee.
For the session you will need to bring:
Strong scissors, (wire cutters if you have them), bin bag, notebook and pen if you want to record any information for yourself, camera (optional), apron. Also a crate or semi rigid bag (e.g. supermarket hessian bag) to transport your design. You may wish to bring protective disposable gloves for your hands or hand wipes as the plant material can get messy!

Fancy going big with your flower arrangement? Have fun creating a larger scale floral design with impact on this morning session. All materials included but you will need to bring a bucket or pedestal stand if you have one. This is a suitable design for a party, event, wedding or church florals.

- Know how to care from your completed floral work to maximise its life
- Learn how to safely and securely transport and care for your design.
