Brief Description:
It is a Hatha yoga foundation focusing on the breath, movement and relaxation to develop an awareness of the body and bring the mind back to the present.
The sequences merge strength, flexibility and balance with a progression throughout the term.
Start your routine with this 8-week course, it will help you to improve confidence with your physical abilities and with noticeable improvement on the nervous system (sleeping better, feeling calmer, less chronique pain and swing mood etc.)
It will make you feel stronger and happier which is so important. Let's benefit from a friendly small group!
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
Regardless of your level, or your injuries, post or pre-op condition, these Yoga classes are adapted to your needs and capabilities, but if you aren't sure, please ask your GP.

What you need to bring (available if you don't have it):
Please bring a mat, blocks & bricks, a resistance band and wear comfortable clothing.
