Brief Description:
Integral Yoga,
Suitable for people with little practice or who wants to come back to their practice.
It is Hatha yoga foundation focusing on the breath to develop an awareness of the body.
Sequences merge strength, flexibility and balance with a progression throughout the term.
The Sequences in this hour-long course are designed to progressively build up an awareness of the body including breathing, specific exercises and relaxation
to improve confidence. Moving and exercising will help you to achieve progress so easily.
It will make you feel stronger and very happy with yourselves which is the most important thing.
Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
This is a mixed ability course, some learners may move better than others! Some level of fitness and ability would be beneficial. If you are unsure, contact the office on 01223 712340

For the first session you will need to bring:
Please bring a mat, and a towel. Please also bring comfortable clothing that you can move in, trainers, socks and a bottle of water.
