Brief Description
Are you looking for a fresh approach to slowing down, reduce stress and regenerate your creativity?
This Sunday mini-retreat from the demands of the working week and/or caring responsibilities is a chance to learn the art of mindfness meditation and practise in a group of like-minded souls.
Coures Outcomes:
After just 3 hours, you will have:-
1. Mastered the three-minute breathing space
2. Connected with others in search of new ways of coping with stress and anxiety
3. Identified a mindful self-care action plan to lead you to the next step in your journey towards a calmer happier life.
